PU 2K Paint PU 2K paint series are substantial and with the property of high hardness,excellent leveling.On the surface of plastic parts of ABS,PC,PA or metal,the paint film shows excellent aging resistance.Except for as the top coat,also could be used for colored paint.There are A and B two components to form film. Application:High grade consumed electronic products like laptop,DV,MP3,LCD and top hardware products. Resis type:Mainly hydroxide acrylic resin Safety standard:Accord with ASTM F963-96a & EN71/Part3:1994 Drying condition:To improve leveling effect,physical dried 10min before baking.bwke 60°C-70°C/30 60min,if performance testing required,bake 60°C/8hr. Shelf life:Half year/25°C(sealed).After curing agent adding,please use out within 6-8hr.(If over storage limitation,tested by our suggested items,if qualified,could still be used.)
